Happy Birthday

Can't remember the last time I posted twice in one day, but yahoo for long weekends with extra time to create.  My second card today in inspired by the PTI Blog Hop photo below.  This is one of those moments where I wish I could challenge my inner Laura Bassen and creating some wickedly cool card that knocks the spectrum of colors out of the park. This card doesn't rival a Laura card, but I'm happy with the end result :)!  Have to do what a girl has to do!  How you are having fun with your family this Memorial Day weekend!

Oh, now, hey, yes, it does rival a Laura card! Very much so and she'd be the first to say so! I love it to bits, Lynn!! And you're first in the gallery - whoot! I think this card would also be great for the sketch challenge at Happy Little Stampers! Enjoy the rest of the long holiday!! Hugs, Darnell

This is really pretty! I love circles and squares too. I can't decide which I prefer. I think that Laura rocks too. Your card is very Laura-esque. I love it.

This is gorgeous! Love how it's subtle but packs a punch just the same. That little tiny black line on the top really balances out your design so perfectly.

Sketched Shapes is great with this rainbow look. Fun, cheery card! I remember Laura using the notched banner in this set, overlapping her rainbow colors along the bottom edge!
