Missing You

Hello my friends.  We were supposed to head to Nashville this weekend to go on our first college visit with Ryan, but the weather prevented us from doing so.  Ice storms and lots of snow shut down most of the activities for the weekend. Candidly, I'm not complaining as it allowed me time to get caught up on things around the house which was definitely needed.

Saturday afternoon I was going through stamps that I haven't used in a while and pulled out these PTI stamps. This card will be put in the mail shortly to send lots of love to a dear person in my life (she reads this...and likely knows it is coming her way!).  Flipped the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch to vertical from horizontal.

Hope your week gets off to a great start.

This card is awesome, Lynn! It sounds like your week-end and mine mirrored each other - we had all our week-end activities shut down by the torrential rain after cyclone Marcia. I was happy for the week-end locked inside. ;-)

I think we're all just way too happy to stay home, in our little craft rooms, to while away the hours being creative! Lynn this card could not be more perfect for this sketch... thanks for sharing, it is brilliant!

Love this card, your scene is so fun, lucky friend. I love that PTI set. Wasn't the weather crazy on the weekend. We ran into so much snow driving up through North Carolina and the Virginia's Saturday night. Was really hoping to come home to melted snow, no such luck. The snowbanks are 8 feet high on my drive!

Fabulous urban scene, and I like how you flipped the sketch. Great idea. I am always happy when I see City Scene in use. It reminds me that I have not been in a real city in way too long.
