Time Out: Celebrate

Hello there! It's time for another challenge at Time Out.

Stamping with optional twist:  apples.  I decided not to go with the optional twist this time...but might next week. I went with a super CAS card stamping off as I made the medallion out of a single leaf stamp.    We won't talk about how many times I stamped this before I got it right without any smudges...I then proceeded to not center the sentiment...so it was covered up by the black sentiment with white embossing!  The best laid plans...

We love seeing how you are inspired by the challenge at Time Out.  Be sure to pop on over and check out the design team's creations and play along with us.  You will not be disappointed!

Great idea to emboss the sentiment--happy outcome from frustrating mistake. This card is lovely and perfectly stamped, and if it makes me a horrible person to feel relieved that someone else also has to make multiple attempts sometimes, well then call me horrible.

Sometimes a cover up can work out better than the original idea. I think the black looks great with the colorful leaf medallion.
