Love...

Happy Friday friends!  I snuck in a bit of crafting time on Christmas day. The boys were all busy playing with their new toys (electronic drums and guitars were playing along with an XBox game). I crafted for a bit while Pat took a quick nap.  On New Year's Eve, we're going to a wedding and I wanted to make a card for the newlyweds. I love this Verve set and thought it was perfect for a wedding sentiment.  I think ringing in the new year is a great way to celebrate New Year's. What about you?  Any fun new year's plans?  We're normally home relaxing...

We stay home too - usually watch the "ball drop" on TV and fall asleep before it even happens! Getting old, I guess. Lol!

Love your card, Lynn! The neutrals are perfect for a wedding card, and what a fun design!

love the neutral colors, and you know me and vellum. And Santa finally restocked my vellum tape, woo hoo!

What a gorgeous card, perfect for the newlyweds! NYE wedding, how fun!

No plans for NYE for us, we're more of a NY Day kind of family. It's a Japanese tradition to celebrate NY Day...lotsa food:)

This is the perfect wedding card, and how fun that their anniversary will always be New Year's eve. I actually met my husband at a new years eve party years ago, so it is sort of an anniversary for us, too. Happy New Year.

This is lovely, Lynn!
Our New Year's plans involve a skating party with our church followed by a pizza supper. We'll probably come home and watch a movie -- and we never stay up until midnight! LOL!
