Hello there, I hope you are having a great Sunday. We don't have much going on here...Collin has a basketball game at four, but other than that it should be a quiet day. It's raining hard outside so not much else to do other than sneak down to the craft room (or that's my excuse anyway!).
So...I have a fun little card to share with you up above. Karen was super kind and set me a fun Lil Inker pinwheel set and die for my birthday. With all the Christmas creations going on around here, I didn't get a chance to play with it until last week. I love it! I thought about adding more bling to the card but decided to keep it simple.
And...over the last week I've been sneaking in time to try out the Jessica Sprague class on Project Life. Yesterday I had about 90 minutes were no one was home (that is very unusual!) so I finished up the class and last night created my first couple of digital layouts. I've shared most of these pictures before, but I wanted to share the digital layouts with you. Scrapbooking used to be my number one crafty priority, but it is really taking a back seat to card making. That said, I still want to capture our memories but would like to do it quicker! So...the last two years I've done the paper digital life which has been a huge time saver. This year I'm going to see how I like doing it digitally. I'll keep you posted. I'm definitely not a picture a day person...but like to capture our lives in pictures!
And if you've read this long and you're a digital scrapbooker, where do you buy your digital goodies? I was thinking about digital scrapbooks for the boys albums (versus our family album that I do in Project Life) and was having a hard time finding any items I liked for school concerts/band/choir, etc. Ideas are welcome!
PS I was sitting here wondering why Collin and Marcel weren't in any of these pictures...they were out with Pat at an Indian Guides meeting!
