Glory to God {and belated Halloween pics}

Happy Wednesday!  Today's my 42nd birthday!  We celebrated last night with dinner with our family and both sets of parents.  A night early, but so nice to all be together!  I have two cards to share with you today. The first one is for no particular challenge, but it uses the same papers as I used for the second card.  The second card is for the current Retro Sketch.  I kept it super CAS!

And...a bit belated, but better late than never!  Here are my three youngest from Halloween last week. It was a cold, rainy night so they only made it about an hour, but still got plenty of treats!  From left to right:  Jonathon as a lottery ticket machine:  Collin as a gangster (and yes that is a fake cigarette...we don't smoke!) and my little Mario, Marcel.  Just like Collin last year, I drew on the mustache for Marcel as he didn't like the feel of the stick on one!

Collin as the gangster...the pose says it all!
And yet more poses!

Jonathon with his buddies...the second year in a row that they got to go out on their own.

And Collin/Marcel with their great friend Logan...they all slept well that night!

First of all: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Lynn!!! I hope you have a wonderful day!

When I saw the beautiful Christmas card the carol Joy To The World was immediately coming up. Than I read it's your birthday, so the Birthday song was the next one in my head. Can you imagine, I am singing out loud 'Joy' and 'Happy Birthday' just for you (-:

Happy Birthday!

I love the top card! I would like to know what the rectangle is created with - what die/tool did you use to get the embossed stitched lines around it? Thanks!
