Day 3 Inspired by Card Design Handbook

Hello...welcome to Day 3 of my personal challenge...use up the patterned paper and be inspired by other bloggers out there!  For today's post, I was inspired by the Card Design Handbook.  The first card is inspired by Stephanie Halinski's card on page 29.  This would so easy to recreate with washi tape too.  I made a set of four of these with different types of papers.

The next three cards are variations on Jennifer McGuire's card on page 134.  I used different patterned papers and for the second two added banners and other elements...there are two of each design (one that I didn't get a good picture of...) for a set of eight thank yous.

And then last, but certainly not least, I made a set of cards (two of each patterned paper) inspired by Emily Branch's card on page 103.
So...three more card sets in the books and I have officially finished off the pack of My Mind's Eye Indie Bloom paper.  It was awesome to be able to create the cards so quickly inspired by the other designers.

I'll have one more post tomorrow after my CAS-ual Fridays post...and that will be it for my personal challenge (for now anyways! :))  I'd love to hear your feedback...which set has been your favorite?

I love the diagonal strips on the first card. What a great way to use pattern paper. I have so many pattern papers and don't use them. Your cards have inspired me to pull them out and use them. Love them all.

While every day was excellent with CAS style-my favorite was day one.

Something I like even better are those sentiments. I couldn't find where they are from? Love the font.

Have a blessed day!

These are all such great cards. It's been fun seeing all your sets. I love the one at the top of your post today. I made two cards, just like that, with my Washi Tape, using the very same sketch. My fave, from today, however, is the one with the PS thanks stamp. I love that word, and am always looking for ways to use that one. Will pin for casing.
