Happy Monday. I hope your week gets off to a great start. I could give this card to my little man, Marcel. He's been fighting a stomach bug this weekend. Hopefully the rest of the house won't get it, but he's had a case of the vomits for a few days. Even when he is sick, he is a happy go lucky guy. But enough with that!
I have loved Laura's creations this month at CASE Study. She has an elegant, CAS style that I adore. So, of course, I had to play along! I kept it simply with the woodgrain embossing and a few die cuts. Hope you like it. And below is Laura's inspiration photo. You can tell I used her sketch and the polka dots as inspiration!

Also, before I sign off, I wanted to mention this post. I have a box of goodies going in the mail to Angie tomorrow. I thought many of you would like to see this as well.

What a lovely card, Lynn! The soft colors and design are so beautiful! So sorry to hear Marcel is sick - I HATE the stomach flu - I always felt so helpless when my boys had it. Sure hope the rest of you don't catch it! Hugs!

Love your take. The wood grain embossing gives it a great texture. Amazing what a few great elements can look like in creative hands.
