Guns and Grapes

Okay...so has my title peaked your curiousity?  Not a normal blog title for me at all.  On Friday, I was invited to go to a fund raiser sponsored by Junior Achievement (JA).  One of my co-workers, Steve, is very active in JA and sponsored eight of us to go to a women's only gun shooting and wine tasting.  Now don't worry, we shot the guns before we drank!  Have to have some order.  I tend to be cautious and have never shot a gun before, but it was a lot of fun.  And...I even hit a few of the targets.  Here's a shot of our team of four and one of me shooting.
Now...this does tie into my card for today too!  I wanted to give Steve a thank you note for inviting me.  Here is a fun masculine thank you following the theme of this week's CAS-ual Friday challenge.  Buttons and twine on a CAS card. Perfect for this card idea!  And...did you see all the amazing entries into the challenge for last week?  I'm sure this week is bound to be fabulous too!
Ingredients:  Paper Company, Stamps:  Hero Arts and Verve; Button and Twine:  PTI;  Ink:  Peeled Paint and Pumice Stone

It's been a long time since I've shot a gun.
