Happy Easter...

Happy Easter!  I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday!  It's time for our next My Time Made Easy Pretty Palette Challenge!  This week I used one of Lauren's newest digital stamps:  SK8R Boy.  Isn't this a great boy card?  It was our nephew, Connor's, birthday yesterday...so this card has already been signed, sealed and delivered!
Ingredients:  Cardstock:  Stampin' Up Whisper White; Ink:  Stampin' Up Night of Navy and Ranger Pumice Stone; Stamps:  My Time Made Easy SK8R Bot and Practicing Creativity

Be sure to check out the design team member's creations as well:

Here's the detail on how the challenge works:
•You can use the palette on ANY type of project! While participation with products from My Time Made Easy ™ LLC is appreciated, it is not required to participate. You can use products from ANY company.
•Each week we will pick a winner from the palette participants and announce them the following week, when the next Pretty Palette Challenge is announced.
•The palette month will run from the 2nd Sunday of every month, to the 2nd Saturday of the following month, with the Winner announced that 2nd Sunday of the Palette Challenge.
•PRIZE PACKAGE: Whoever plays along all month, in all 4 Palette Challenges within the month, will be entered to win a Pretty Package of THEIR Choice! Make sure on the 4th week of the challenge, that you leave a comment linking all 4 projects as well, so we are sure we do not miss you!

I'd love to see you play along with our challenge!

And here's a picture from our holiday weekend filled with lots of cousins!  There was a break in the rain yesterday for a few hours and we ran a 5k together.  Some family friends of ours sponsor a 5K race to raise money for kidney and multiple myloma cancer.  They lost their dad to kidney cancer and their mom is a cancer survivor from multiple myloma.  Since we had family in town visiting, we had more runners this year.  We were so lucky with the weather.  We had about a 3 hour break from non-stop rain.  A great morning!  Pat's parents were volunteering on the course...and his dad snapped this cute picture of Laura.
And here's the whole gang post race:  Ryan (13); Connor (12 - the birthday boy!), me, Jonathon (10); Laura (14); Erin (10) and Mike.  Quite the crew!
And here's Ryan getting the trophy for the fastest runner for 14 and under...and a Dick's Sporting Goods gift card which I'm sure will burn a whole in his pocket.  It did make me smile that he tucked his shirt in the get the award...note in the picture above it was untucked...at least he has a few manners :)!  He finished in 24:22; averaging a 7:51 mile...and Connor finished 3 seconds behind him!  (We won't mention my time...)

This is fantastic that your whole family gets involved, especially when most kids are sitting at home playing video games!

Love your card too Lynn and that stamped border :)

What a great family event! Good for you guys! Glad the rain held off for you - it's nice when Mother Nature cooperates for a good cause. :)
Awesome boy card. I like the pattern along the bottom. Have a happy Easter!

This is one perfect masculine card, Lynn! It's adorable and I love the inked edges.

Hooray on the team effort and Ryan for winning a trophy (and for the detail of tucking his shirt in). Fabulous!
