Dust Off Those Scraps

Hi there...the Wee Memories Challenge this week is to use your scraps.  My card club girlfriends always give me a hard time about not saving my scraps, so they'll be proud of me on this card!  This is all scraps.  I've had this sentiment stuck to the cabinet in my craft room for several weeks waiting to be used.  The card base with the leaves was already stamped and embossed.  Finally, the patterned paper was in my scrap pile too.  Truly a "scrappy" card.  I added twine and gems and was ready to go.  Hope you like it.  I love Verve's verses.  I've been using them a ton lately!

oh, that beautiful verse and that pop of red having me smiling :) Love when a card comes together like this and it sure does feel good to use some scraps...I'm so glad I can't see all the bits I throw out at once...it must be a lot!! Hard not to hoard :) Perfect placement of the bling :)

Beautiful card, Lynn! I love the twine treatment. I am giggling about your "boy" conversations in the previous post. Gotta love boys and their infatuation with "bad" words! ;)
