Just Us Girls Color Challenge

Happy Saturday morning to all of you folks!  I'm in Virginia for the weekend celebrating at Pat's cousin's wedding!  Hoping to sleep in for a few days...without any little ones to wake us up!

This week's JUGS challenge is to use the colors:  red, green and black with a neutral (kraft, white or cream).  Of course, our color combo completely inspires me to create a Christmas card.  I stuck with the wonderful Just Rite Stamps from last week's JUGS challenge...and decided to go with a square card.
I picked up some plain flowers at Michael's last week and had a lot of fun inking them up with SU Cherry Cobbler and Bravo Burgundy.  I think sprayed them with Tattered Mist for a little extra dimension...I will definitely be getting inky with those flowers!  Love that I can change them to whatever color I want!

Come play along with us at Just Us Girls!  We'd love to be inspired by you!

Ingredients:  Paper:  Basic Grey Oliver, SU Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White; SU Basic Black Ink, Old Olive Ribbon, Buttons, Stamps:  JustRite; Kaiser Kraft Gems; PTI Twine

Those colours just scream out Christmas to me too - maybe I should really start on mine now rather than on Dec 20th! LOL!
Such a pretty card, your stitching looks fabulous as well as those touches of bling! So very pretty!

Lovely card, Lynn! I love the flower and how you coordinated it with your colors. And the way you used the colors is so pretty! I thought Christmas, too, when I saw these colors, but had to go in another direction! Great job with these colors!
