Happy Birthday Tim!

Good morning!  This week is my brother-in-law Tim's 40th birthday...so I have some birthday inspiration to share with you!  The first is for the Clean & Simple challenge...some fun paper piercing!
Second is Tim's card for this week's Stampin 411 Challenge.  Got to pull out my new SU DSP and some of the yummy new SU colors!  I received my SU order just before I left for vacation and spent the better part of yesterday morning rearanging my craft room (in looked like a tornado had hit!) and putting away all the new colors.  As I was putting away everything I wasn't sure that about some of the colors, but then I started using them and I am in love (again!)!  When I had this picture up on the computer, Pat said..."Oh good...you made a card for yourself!"  My 40th is in November!!
And of course, can't leave without a picture of the birthday boy himself!  Tim and Kara on the beach last week in Hilton Head...Happy Birthday Tim!
First Card:  Paper:  Bazzill and SU DSP; Stamps:  Hero Arts; buttons:  SU; Twine: PTI
Second Card:  Paper:  SU DSP, Pacific Point and Real Red; SU Ink:  Basic Black, Real Red, Pacific Point and Bashful Blue; Stickers: GCD Designs; Stamps SU Teeny Weeny and Practicing Creativity

  1. A great set of masculine birthday cards, they always seem hard to make but you've made it look easy! Love the colors and the elements in each.
