Congrats to the Grad

I needed to make a graduation card for our neighbor who just graduated from high school.  Orange and black are our school colors.  For the stars, I stamped the dots with Versamark and then used dry embossing powder to make them stand out a little more.   I love how bright and cheery this looks!

Thanks to Stampin' 411 for the sketch inspiration!

Ingredients: SU Basic Black, Whisper White and Only Orange Paper/Ink, Sizzlit Tag; PTI Mega Mixed Messages Stamps, Black Satin Ribbon and Twine; Practicing Creativity Let's Hear it for the Dots Stamps; Versamark, Clear Embossing Powder
