Happy Birthday

I think I'm on a monochromatic kick...I've been making lots of monochromatic note cards...and this birthday card is too!  I very rarely use yellow, but I have to say I like this card!

I borrowed my SU Demo's Fifth Avenue Floral set and have put it to good use!  I stamped the flower in Ranger Ink and then embossed it with clear embossing ink to have it stand out a little more.  I also distressed the edges to have the middle panel pop a little.

Thanks to Stampin' 411 for the sketch inspiration!  Can't believe it has been a year of challenges for Stampin' 411...love their weekly challenges...thank you ladies!
